Return to your dashboard and check the recent project or generation activity. A long loading screen does not always mean the job stopped. If there is a processing state, let that job finish rather than submitting the same request repeatedly.
Refresh the dashboard once and look for a new draft or ready-to-open project. Open only the completed result. If your design is still processing, avoid editing or publishing an incomplete result.
Copy the error text, note the approximate time and save the original prompt. You can try one new generation only after confirming the previous attempt failed; repeated requests may create duplicates or consume credits.
Contact support with the project link if available, when you started it, your browser/device and the exact failure. Never share login codes or API keys. Ask support to check the job rather than creating many more copies.
