Do not pay twice

Use the account and workspace that originally purchased the subscription. Check Account or Billing for the plan status and most recent payment reference.
Look for the provider receipt or original charge. A pending checkout, successful payment and activated plan are different states, and they should not be assumed to match.
Share the account email, a payment/reference ID, approximate date and a redacted screenshot. Never send card numbers, OTPs, full invoices with unnecessary personal data or bank credentials.
