Copy any unsaved text into a temporary note. If you can still see a Saved indicator, note it and the project URL. Do not delete the project or clear all site data as a first troubleshooting step.
Go back to your dashboard, reopen that project and allow the editor to load. If a reload button is shown, try once. An error such as 'removeChild' is a technical crash, not a content problem you need to fix manually.
If the project is saved, try a private window or another browser with extensions disabled. Compare whether the same project opens. Avoid editing the same page in multiple tabs while testing.
Share the project link, browser/device, when it began and a screenshot or the full visible error message through Support. Do not send credentials or private customer data in screenshots.
Tell us what you tried, what happened instead, and the relevant page link. Include a screenshot or error message if useful. Please hide passwords, OTPs, payment details and visitor information.
